So if your first draw was 181 then your second draw should be at least 271. So your numbers look great!Your body could still be producing at normal levels with a blighted ovum because it hasn't recognized a loss yet, so I wouldn't read much, if anything, into levels and especially not 1 level. If they double, that's a good sign, but again, not necessarily dispositive. You'll need to see where you stand at the next ultrasound.
