HCG levels - 4 weeks. I got back HCG results today, and at 4 weeks pregnant, levels are at 179. That seems low to me, but I have no idea what is "normal." So if your first draw was 181 then your second draw should be at least 271. So your numbers look great!Your body could still be producing at normal levels with a blighted ovum because it hasn't recognized a loss yet, so I wouldn't read much, if anything, into levels and especially not 1 level. If they double, that's a good sign, but again, not necessarily dispositive. You'll need to see where you stand at the next ultrasound.
