For everyone still having this issue: after i tried to uninstall EmulationStation DE my roms did not show up in the rom manager anymore, the quick reset and custom reset did nothing for me. Switch gives you a 30fps experience, which sucks cus it's low fps but at least it's stable. Yuzu and Ryujinx give you occasional 60fps boosts (and higher quality, mods, etc.) but bring you down to the 20's in certain regions and then there's also shader compilation, which will occur no matter your rig or the resolution you're playing at.Resetting Yuzu and removing the cache did help. The game now runs at a higher resolution (higher than 720p) and performs somewhat better at sixty, although caching does bring with it stutters here and there. That’s not a problem.
