I know it's harder to get to on the 570, but with my machine it's less than 5 minutes to get it up and running if it's the plug.Morning temps close to freezing. If you unplugged the cam sensor with the key on then it will throw a code. You need to pull the injectors and see if they are pulsing when you crank it over. If they are then you have ruled out everything except compression.
