Elemental pierce is awesome, but unless you are running with as much damage skills as possible, you'll run out of ammo on most hunts. And it's so squishy because it requires the health drain skills. That being said, I can kill both crabs with Astalos LBG in under 2 minutes. Without a talisman, you get CE 4, Crit Boost 3, Pierce Up 3, Rapid Fire Up 3, Recoil Down 2, Agitator 1, Peak Performance 1, Spare Shot 1, Reload Speed 1, Tremor Resistance 1, and the two linchpins of the build, Coalescence 1 and Bloodlust 1.
