I've never had P5P make me sick when I tried it running 300mg a day, also my bloods never showed P5P to really drop anything. Caber is cheaper to use and bloods prove working, 600mg npp a week and .25mg caber twice a week and bloods had my prolactin at 14 ng/ml..
