So this was a new one for me: Last night I spawned in missing my 3-plate, large backpack, weapon in the 3rd slot, armor plate box, self revive, and gas mask. I still had my weapons and killstreak from the successful exfil of the previous game. And when I bought a large backpack, the javelin I'd had on when I loaded in reappeared in the 3rd ... . it's not only when you have 1 insured slot, it sometimes happens when the blueprint is bugged somehow. usually re-building the saved weapon helps. 1.
