I updated to the latest 1.9 firmware and when I did the admin web interface is no longer available. The wireless network itself came back up and can connect to the internet fine.I was able to make it work on my netgear r7000. I was at first port forwarding to 32400, but that would not work. So then I disabled the port forwarding and tried port triggering to 32400 TCP. After I changed the settings I rebooted my router and it worked. Now I can stream Plex from my PC.
