Brown spotting on nexplanon - I am on my 2nd nexplanon. I had nonstop bleeding for greater than 6 months, then “cycles” of heaving bleeding with light spotting in between after that. I also did 21 days of estriadiol about 5-6 months in and then 2 months of birth control pills after that to see if it would help. It finally tapered off after 10 months or so.
